Job Description

Currently handling corporate accounts and statutory audit in listed entity
Managed banking, treasury, cash flow, insurance, working capital management
Liaison with banks, financial institutions, big4 auditors and consultants, credit rating agencies and other high profile external stakeholders
Managing pan India collections and bank reconciliation statements
Periodic compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
Developing and strengthening Internal Financial Controls (IFC), including completion of IFC audits and maintenance and improvement of IFC documentation in coordination with the Risk Assurance department
Working knowledge of Direct Tax and GST including filings
