Job Description –Finance Executive

Industry : Healthcare


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to support the day-to-day accounting operations for a healthcare business. The candidate should possess a good understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing,
and routine finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Passing accounting entries and maintaining books of accounts accurately.

* Recording day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.

* Verification and creation of customer invoices.

* Ensuring proper supporting documents and approvals for invoices and accounting entries.

* Performing bank reconciliations on a regular basis.

* Conducting vendor reconciliations and customer reconciliations.

* Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

* Preparing and monitoring AR Aging and AP Aging reports.

* Following up on outstanding receivables and coordinating with vendors for payable reconciliations.

* Verifying invoices, supporting documents, and payment records.

* Maintaining proper accounting documentation and records.

* Assisting in monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.

* Coordinating with internal teams for accounting-related information and follow-ups.

* Supporting compliance-related activities such as GST, TDS, and statutory documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.

* Hands-on experience in accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.

* Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or any accounting ERP/software.

* Good understanding of AR/AP processes and aging reports.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel.

* Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

* Good communication and coordination skills.
