Job Description

Controllership & Governance

• Build and institutionalize robust internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Drive risk identification and mitigation across key business processes
• Ensure strong control across revenue, procurement, inventory, and payment cycles
• Maintain high standards of policy compliance and audit readiness
• Drive governance on key metrics: inventory, receivables, payables, GRIR, and balance reconciliations
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation discipline across systems

GRC & Audit

• Coordinate Internal audits as per calendar — planning, execution and closure
• Track and ensure timely closure of audit observations
• Strengthen Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practices across functions
• Drive IFC agendas including updating and enforcement of RACM

Process Excellence & Automation

• Own ERP governance, including access controls and process discipline
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements:

• CA with 6-10 years of experience in controllership / commercial finance / audit
• Experience in D2C / FMCG / retail / consumer brands preferred
• Hands-on with ERP systems and process automation
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
