Job Responsibilities

Credit Policy & Governance

• Formulate credit policy and operational guidelines
• Establish mechanisms to ensure adherence to policies
• Highlight policy deviations to concerned authorities at regular intervals

Portfolio Monitoring & Performance Analysis

• Monitor portfolio performance to identify trends
• Recommend strategic changes to the business
• Track performance against defined guardrails
• Analyze portfolio and macro-economic data to assess business impact

Reporting & Management Presentation

• Prepare review decks
• Conduct detailed portfolio analysis
• Present insights to management

Credit Models & Risk Assessment

• Evaluate, implement, and monitor internal & external credit scoring models

System Implementation & Process Improvement

• Implement new policies within systems
• Collaborate with IT team for product policy implementation
• Review system validations and suggest efficiency improvements

Post Disbursement Review

• Conduct post-disbursement case reviews
• Assess adherence to credit policies

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 8–10 years
• Mandatory product experience: Home Loans (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) only
• Industry preference: NBFC only
