Job Description

Role Overview

• Supports financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Involves developing financial models, analyzing profitability, and preparing projections
• Supports fundraising and due diligence processes
• Works closely with seniors and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support development and monitoring of financial plans, AUM projections, and unit economics
• Build and work on financial models for planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and monthly variance analysis
• Prepare financial projections and planning reports for internal stakeholders

Profitability & Business Performance

• Prepare product-wise, partner-wise, and co-lender-wise profitability analysis
• Contribute to pricing strategy and product mix decisions
• Report key business and financial metrics to senior management

Fundraising & Stakeholder Management

• Provide data support for fundraising activities (equity and debt)
• Coordinate internally for financial due diligence and present data to due diligence teams
• Support engagements with investors, rating agencies, and banks by providing financial information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience

• 2–5 years in FP&A, financial modelling, corporate finance, financial analysis, or investor relations

Key Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
