Job Description

1. Financial Modelling & Analysis

• Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, fundraising, and strategic decision-making
• Conduct scenario analysis, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis to guide leadership decisions
• Evaluate investment opportunities and track key business performance metrics

2. Investor Relations (IR)

• Support fundraising initiatives through preparation of pitch decks, financial reports, and investor materials
• Serve as a key point of contact for investors, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication
• Track investor metrics and maintain an updated investor database

3. Store-Level P&L Management

• Monitor and analyze profitability across store locations
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to improve unit economics

4. Business Storytelling & Reporting

• Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling business narratives
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, along with management reports
• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

5. Strategic Support

• Assist in business planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy development
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance overall business performance

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consulting, or Investor Relations

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation techniques
• Hands-on experience with P&L management, preferably at store/unit level (Retail, eCommerce, or Quick Commerce preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business stories
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce / Quick Commerce / Retail industry
• Exposure to fundraising and investor interactions
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
