Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and performance of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of financial controls and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning effectively
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management systems
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Support senior management with financial insights for strategic planning, expansion, and cost optimization
• Supervise finance team members and ensure timely completion of accounting and reporting activities
• Review and improve existing finance processes for better efficiency and accuracy

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of financial management, MIS reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and strong decision-making capability

Qualifications:

• Semi-qualified CA with 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and compliance
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred
