Job Description

Role Overview

• Responsible for managing and strengthening the collections function across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
• Focus on controlling delinquencies, improving collection efficiency, ensuring resolution of NPA accounts, and maintaining portfolio quality.
• Support overall profitability and asset performance of the region.

Portfolio & Collection Management

• Oversee the collections performance of all branches across TN, AP, TG, and KA.
• Ensure effective monitoring of delinquent accounts and drive strong recovery actions.
• Implement collection strategies to maintain healthy portfolio quality.

NPA Resolution

• Review and resolve NPA cases in coordination with branch and legal teams.
• Ensure overall NPA level remains below 5% across the region.

Profitability & Financial Metrics

• Ensure the region maintains healthy State ROA (Return on Assets).
• Drive actions to maintain healthy Earned IRR across the portfolio.

Repo Performance

• Repossessions
• Roll Back cases
• Settlements

AFC Collections

• Ensure AFC collections are achieved consistently.
• Monitor AFC accounts and take corrective actions where required.

Team Leadership & Monitoring

• Lead and manage state and branch collection teams.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with Regional / State / Branch Collection Managers.
• Provide guidance and training to strengthen recovery capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 15 – 20 years of experience in NBFC collections, specifically in Commercial Vehicle Finance.
• Experience across Southern region in collections.
• Proven experience in handling regional collections portfolio.
