Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Financial Strategy & Planning :

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive financial discipline to ensure sustainable profitability and scalability.

2. Fundraising & Debt Management :

• Lead debt-raising initiatives from banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and capital markets.
• Optimize capital structure and manage cost of borrowing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and credit rating agencies.

3. Risk & Compliance Management :

• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable financial compliance frameworks.
• Establish strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Oversee statutory reporting, regulatory filings, audits, and tax compliance.

4. Business & Financial Performance Monitoring :

• Oversee MIS, financial reporting, and data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Drive automation and digitization of financial processes.

5. Treasury & Liquidity Management :

• Manage cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
• Optimize working capital management and investment strategies.
• Supervise treasury functions including forex exposure and hedging strategies.

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board in driving business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
• Engage with investors, regulators, rating agencies, and key stakeholders to enhance financial credibility.

Key Skills & Competencies :

• Strong knowledge of NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven expertise in fundraising, debt management, and financial structuring.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Hands-on experience in digital finance transformation and process automation.

Ideal Professional :

• CA with strong hold hands on Fund raising & Investor Relations.
