Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Borrowing and Funding Operations:

• Prepare borrowing proposals, manage information exchange, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other market participants for term loans, working capital facilities, CPs, NCDs etc.
• Execute borrowing transactions through various instruments
• Maintain efficient banking and NBFC relationships

Fund Management & Liquidity Planning:

• Oversee daily cash flows, borrowing positions, and utilization of credit lines and managing investments
• Interest computation and verification of charges, in line with the sanction terms/ agreement

Asset-Liability Management (ALM) & Risk Management:

• Assist in preparing structural liquidity, interest rate sensitivity, and other RBI-mandated statements and data/ information for ALCO, RMC, Board meetings etc.

MIS & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with all borrowing covenants and other terms and conditions of borrowings
• Prepare month-end reports and Management Information for senior management and other relevant teams
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure adherence to internal controls and governance policies
