Job Description

Fund Operations – Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day fund operations, including:
    • NAV verification and review
    • Subscriptions and redemptions
    • Settlements
    • Investor reporting
    • Maintenance of fund records
  • Coordinate with key fund service providers:
    • Fund administrators
    • Registrars
    • Custodians
    • Brokers
    • Auditors
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of fund operational activities.
  • Support fund accounting and finance-related activities, including:
    • Book closure
    • Financial reporting
    • Audit coordination
    • Coordination with accountants and auditors
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations on:
    • Maintaining fund operating processes
    • Operational controls
    • Fund documentations.
