Job Description

Job purpose:

To support the overall functioning of direct tax compliance on a day-to-day basis and ensure the efficient and seamless management of all related matters.

Job Responsibility:

• Assist in transfer pricing matters, including compliance, documentation, audits, and assessments across domestic and international operations.
• Support end-to-end direct tax compliance for the Company and its subsidiaries, both in India and overseas jurisdictions.
• Represent the Company before tax authorities in connection with income-tax, TDS, and transfer pricing proceedings.
• Provide tax advisory support to business teams, including evaluating the tax implications of transactions and business                         arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of the Tax Audit Report.
• Oversee preparation and compilation of relevant forms (including Forms 145/146) and advise business teams from an income-tax perspective.
• Ensure timely completion of tax audits and filing of income-tax returns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address tax-related issues and provide guidance on efficient tax structuring of transactions.

Qualification and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant with 7- 10 years of experience in related areas.
• Must have Working experience of Transfer Pricing, Income tax, TDS , International tax.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Comprehensive functional skills and a result – driven approach, to mitigate future risks/ problems.
