Job Description

We are hiring for a business services firm supporting mid-sized businesses with specialized back-office and operational solutions, helping organizations improve efficiency, scalability and profitability through structured business support services.

The role will work closely with the leadership team and support digital growth and demand-generation initiatives for a US-focused business.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Lead Generation & List Building: Build targeted prospect databases using Apollo.io and similar platforms, with strong understanding of ICP-based research and segmentation.
• CRM & Lead Management: Manage leads through CRM platforms, including qualification, tracking, MQL/SQL lifecycle and sales hand-off.
• Email Marketing: Plan, execute and optimize B2B email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability and performance analysis.
• SEO, AEO & GEO: Drive organic visibility through SEO, Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives.
• Content Marketing: Develop conversion-focused B2B content across blogs, websites, emails and other marketing assets for a US audience.
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion and overall demand-generation effectiveness.
• LinkedIn Marketing: Experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.

Must-Have Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing / Demand Generation
• Hands-on experience in B2B prospecting and list building
• Experience with Apollo.io or similar lead-generation tools
• Proficiency in any major CRM platform
• Strong experience in Email Marketing & Campaign Optimization
• Practical experience across SEO, AEO and GEO
• Strong Content Marketing & B2B Content Writing capabilities
• Experience with GA4 and Bing/Microsoft analytics tools
• Excellent written communication in US Business English
• Understanding of MQL/SQL and Sales-Marketing alignment

Good to Have

• LinkedIn Marketing / B2B lead generation
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or other Generative AI tools
• Google / HubSpot certifications
• MBA / postgraduate qualification in Marketing
