About the Role

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is looking for an experienced Manager – Marketing & Communications to drive brand-building initiatives, corporate communications, premium events, and integrated marketing campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple marketing workstreams while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end marketing and brand communication initiatives.
• Plan, create, and manage content across newsletters, reports, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Own the marketing content calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Plan and execute premium events, investor meets, partner forums, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, PR, and production agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage social media communication, brand monitoring, and competitor analysis.
• Track ongoing marketing projects, timelines, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain high-quality brand standards across all marketing collateral and communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Corporate Communications.
• Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in content marketing, event management, agency/vendor management, and offline marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking with exposure to market and competitor benchmarking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
