Job Description

The Role:
This is moving from a founder-led family business into a professionally managed, HRMS- and ERP-driven corporate. This
role builds the HR function from the ground up — structure, policy, and a stable relationship with a large blue-collar workforce — 
and owns it end to end.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
— Design and implement the full HR function — structure, policies, SOPs and manpower planning across Head Office, both production units and the warehouse.
— Own Employee & Industrial Relations end-to-end: grievances, disciplinary process, shop-floor engagement, and a stable, compliant relationship with the workforce.
— Lead recruitment for critical open roles with agencies and internal stakeholders.
— Build performance management, compensation benchmarking and career-progression frameworks.
— Drive statutory and labour-law compliance — Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, PF/ESI.
— Own the Keka HRMS rollout and integrate HR data cleanly into the company's ERP system.
— Lead the process to secure Great Place to Work certification for Industries.
— Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells to support campus and entry-level hiring.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior leadership capacity.
— Manufacturing-sector experience with a significant blue-collar workforce — metals, cement, steel, auto components or similar heavy industry.
— Hands-on employee and industrial relations experience 
— shop-floor disputes and disciplinary matters, not policy on paper.
— Working knowledge of an HRMS platform (Keka preferred) and comfort operating alongside an ERP system.
— Strong grasp of Indian labour law and statutory compliance.
— An active, well-maintained LinkedIn profile
