THE ROLE
An early-career HR generalist role built for someone who wants to grow inside a function that is being built from scratch. You'll own
recruitment coordination, HRMS data, and the day-to-day employee lifecycle across Head Office and both plants
Job Description:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer follow-up.
* Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave data on the Keka HRMS.
* Support onboarding and induction for new joiners at HO, Unit1 and Unit 2.
* Assist with statutory documentation — PF/ESI enrolments, employment letters, ID creation.
* Support the HR Director on engagement activities, policy rollouts and internal communication.
Required Skills:
* 2+ years of HR experience.
* Preferred age: under 25.
* Genuine, hands-on sourcing and screening experience beyond posting openings on Naukri or Apna.
* Working knowledge of an HRMS platform, Keka strongly preferred.
* An active, well-maintained LinkedIn profile, used for sourcing and employer branding.
* Organised, discreet with employee data, and comfortable working across HO and shop-floor teams.
