About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets. The company caters to leading industrial customers across multiple sectors and exports its products globally.

This role offers an opportunity to manage key customer relationships, drive new business development, and handle the complete sales cycle through the organization's CRM/ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B customers, including key industrial buyers and channel partners.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Handle the complete sales process through the CRM/ERP system, including enquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and dispatch tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with production and planning teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery commitments.
  • Prepare commercial quotations, pricing proposals, and market intelligence reports.
  • Monitor customer requirements and provide timely commercial support.
  • Represent the organization during client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates within the CRM/ERP system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Experience working with CRM or ERP-based sales modules is mandatory.
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial sectors such as metals, copper, brass, cables, electricals, EPC, engineering, or industrial components is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in quotation preparation, commercial discussions, order management, and customer coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable travelling for client meetings and business development activities.
