Job Description

• Assist in business valuation, equity valuation, and intangible asset valuation assignments.
• Support valuation engagements related to Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), impairment testing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform financial statement analysis, industry research, market research, and peer benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain financial models using valuation methodologies such as DCF, Comparable Companies, and Transaction Multiples.
• Prepare valuation reports, client presentations, and engagement documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to gather financial and operational information required for valuation assignments.
• Support senior team members in delivering high-quality client engagements within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated on valuation standards, accounting standards, and industry developments
   

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements, Corporate Finance, and Valuation concepts.
• Good analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial databases will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple assignments effectively.
