Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Primary duties and tasks of the position) 

• TAT on recruitment from the date of requirement to be maintained 

• Attrition rate to be maintained as per industry standards 

• HR Statutory compliances and payments to be done on due date. 

• Maintain department cost and budget. Strategy Formulation and Planning 

• Formulate and execute a human resource management strategy and plan that is in line with comany's overall strategic priorities 

Policy Formulation and Budgeting 

• Ensure an enterprise-wide formulation and alignment of all HR policies 

• Provide timely input of all manpower costs to the budgeting process Manpower planning, Recruitment & Onboarding 

• Contribute to the process of effective manpower planning by working closely with function and regional business heads 

• Ensure the required human capital support is provided across functions and locations through on time recruitment and onboarding of required manpower 

HR Operations – Leave, Payroll, Compliance 

• Manage operational HR activities effectively such employee attendance, payroll and ensure statutory compliance with respect to ESI, PF, labor welfare etc. Talent Management 

• Perform competency assessment and identify areas of strengths and development 

• Work on employee competency building within the organization to upskill existing employees 

• Effectively manage employee performance, prepare appraisal note and handle grievances Admin 

• Ensure smooth running of office administration, coordinate office activities and supervise administrative staff 

• Managing administrative activities such as housekeeping and office management 

• Manage all statutory compliances in relation to branches and head offices including standardization of display material. 

• Manage all rental agreements and payments 

Pre-Requisites: 

• At least 20 – 25 years of experience in vehicle finance NBFC; 7+ years of experience of leading a function in HR 

• Defence service background (Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force) with VRS and significant experience in HR, Administration, and Leadership roles is mandatory. 

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for NBFCs.
