Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS and management reports.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, along with commentary preparation.
• Support annual budgeting, business planning, and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Track key business and financial KPIs across functions and verticals.
• Assist in preparation of board decks, investor presentations, and management review materials.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with various teams including Finance, Business, Operations, and Strategy for data collation and reporting.
• Support automation and enhancement of reporting processes and financial models.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as required by management.

Required skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of experience.
• Candidates with FPNA/Business Finance experience or FDD experience in BFSI/NBFC.
• Excellent communication
