Job Description

Finance Facility & Compliance Management

• Managing end-to-end documentation and compliance for global finance facilities
• Supporting HoT in facilities monitoring and management
• Liaising with external service providers
• Taking 100% ownership of daily and monthly debt facility reporting
• Ensuring 100% accuracy in compliance requests for the facilities

Global Payment Operations

• Overseeing FX trades and multi-currency payments across various channels
• Managing daily funds transfer for business needs and customer deals
• Automation and execution of monthly payments for all Company's locations
• Coordinating with banking partners to ensure timely international payments
• Assisting the Internal Finance Team in:
  • Budget management
  • Payment registers

Liquidity & Fund Management

• Managing treasury dashboards and various forecasts proactively
• Monitoring currency balances for optimal FX trades and minimizing FX exposures
• Assisting HoT in:
  • Daily treasury checks
  • Facilities management
• Assisting the Collections Team on a regular basis

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in:
  • Corporate treasury
  • Fintech operations
  • Investment operations
• Experience working with different banking or payment systems
• Trustworthy individual
• Proactive, accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized
• Strong communication skills for liaison with:
  • Internal stakeholders
  • External stakeholders such as banks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and deliver on time
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Google Sheets
• Fluent in English
