Job Description

Key Focus areas -

Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Controlling, Costing / Cost Accounting, Compliances and Taxation.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the organization’s budget, forecasting future financial performance and monitoring expenditures.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
Team Leadership: Oversee the finance and accounting departments, providing guidance and support to team members.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and addressing any findings or recommendations.

Experience & Educational qualification required
A Qualified CMA or CA
10+ years of experience (Preferrable Auto-component, Tier 1/Tier 2 Supplier to OEM)
Proven track record in Finance controlling role for Mid to large-scale manufacturing operations preferably multi-location, driving improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional teams, In-depth knowledge of automotive production processes, quality standards, and supply chain management .
