Job Description

 Role Overview 

We are looking for a high-energy HR Manager with strong recruitment capabilities and solid HR operations experience. This role will primarily drive talent acquisition (≈70%) while also managing HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle (≈30%). The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for field sales, operations, and corporate roles, along with the ability to manage a small HR team and partner closely with business leaders.

 Key Responsibilities 

1. Talent Acquisition (Primary — 70%) • Own end-to-end recruitment for field, operational, and support functions. 

• Manage sourcing through job portals, vendors, referrals, and local hiring channels.

• Drive bulk and lateral hiring for sales and field operations roles. 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and role requirements. 

• Improve hiring turnaround time and candidate quality. 

• Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining conversion. 

• Build talent pipelines for future expansion locations. 

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (30%) 

• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records. 

• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. 

• Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation.

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. 

• Support performance management and confirmation processes. 

• Maintain HR MIS and reports. 

3. Team Management & Process Improvement 

• Lead and mentor HR executives or recruiters (if applicable). 

• Create recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring metrics. 

• Improve HR processes and standard operating procedures. 

• Ensure strong coordination between HR and business teams. 

Candidate Profile Experience 

• 4–6 years of HR experience with major exposure to recruitment (minimum 60 70%). 

• Experience hiring for sales / field / operations-heavy organizations preferred. 

• Prior team handling or leadership experience required. 

Skills Required 

• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to manage high-volume hiring. 

• Good understanding of HR operations and compliance basics. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset. Education 

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
