Job Description

• Office Management and Accounts skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, commerce, accounting or related field i
• Experience or knowledge in Accounting, TDS Filing and GST filing
• In-depth knowledge in relevant areas of accounting
• Strong problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented and organized mindset
• Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of CA internship requirements
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• CA Fresher or pursuing CA Finals, whose CA Articleship is completed

Additional Skills will be an added advantage

• Experience with retail-specific software solutions, such as POS systems, e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work in a Start-up with high ownership.
• Knowledge of E-commerce portals and accounting is a plus

This is a full-time role with 3 months on the job training with a fixed stipend as well as performance-based bonus.

The high performing Management Trainee will get a PPO, and the role will convert into a full-time job with a high ESOPs plan, at the position of Junior Manager or Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts.
