Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for client origination and understanding the client’s debt requirement.
• Provide tailor-made solutions for funding structures from NBFC and AIF within the group.
• Maintain a target-driven and customer-focused approach with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Expand the client base in the Eastern region through networks with corporates, arrangers, private equity firms, and fintech platforms.
• Plan and execute outreach programs to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Risk, and Legal teams to drive effective client engagement.

Desired Skills and Experience

• MBA, CA, or Post-Graduate from a Tier 1 institute.
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking, with exposure to mid and large corporates.
• Experience in the credit space; familiarity with family office connections is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging Promoters, CFOs, and Treasury Heads.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products such as working capital, term loans, leasing, factoring, and supply chain finance.
• Expertise in credit note preparation and risk approvals.
• Solid technical understanding of finance, credit, and ratings.
• Ability to manage individual responsibilities as well as lead team initiatives.
