● Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and fore- casts.
● Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
● Support the team in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
● Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
● Contribute to internal audits and assist in implementing financial controls.
● Prepare and maintain documentation for various financial processes.
● Provide ad hoc support for financial projects and initiatives.
● Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliances.
Basic Qualification:
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
● CA Fresher or CA Finalist with 2 years experience.
● Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with exposure to cash handling and reconciliation processes.
● Prior experience in the e-commerce/logistics field will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
● Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
