Job Description

Role Overview :
Looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Senior Associate to support treasury operations, liquidity management, fund raising, and banking transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in treasury operations within an NBFC or financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including fund flows, cash management, and bank transactions.
- Monitor daily liquidity positions, cash balances, and funding requirements.
- Assist in fund raising activities, including bank borrowings, NCDs, commercial papers, and other debt instruments.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders for treasury transactions.
- Support preparation of cash flow forecasts, MIS reports, and treasury dashboards.
- Monitor borrowing schedules, interest payments, repayments, and debt-related documentation.
- Ensure timely reconciliations, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in optimizing liquidity and funding costs.

Candidate Profile :
- MBA in Finance from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably with an NBFC.
- Understanding of cash management, fund flows, borrowings, and debt instruments.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred candidates: 
Treasury professionals currently working with NBFCs or financial services organizations, with hands-on experience in treasury operations and liquidity management.
