Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and complete documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Address employee grievances and foster healthy workplace relations.
• Formulate, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary standards.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee annual performance appraisals and employee evaluation cycles.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
• Prepare and present regular HR operational reports and MIS metrics to management.
• Manage end-to-end travel desk operations, including booking flights, trains, cabs, and hotel accommodations for employees and management.

Candidate Profile & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of core HR operations, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily HR affairs efficiently.
• Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
