Job Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting, working closely with the VP – Finance & Accounts.
• Coordinate with Business Heads to ensure seamless and timely flow of operational and financial data to the Accounts team.
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including handling assessments, notices, and queries from respective authorities.
• Drive budgeting and budgetary control, monitoring actual performance against budgets and analyzing key variances.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L analysis, Working Capital deployment, and Cash Flow reporting.
• Lead finalization of accounts and coordinate with Internal, Statutory, and Tax Auditors to ensure smooth and accurate audit completion.
• Manage and lead a 30–40 member Accounts team, including delegation, training, mentoring, and motivation.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
