Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete responsibility for financial reporting including accounting, timely month end closure, etc.
• Monthly variance analysis.
• Managing Borrowings accounting including ECB & recon along with the Treasury team.
• Managing publishing of results for the Quarterly exchange reporting.
• Handling data of Rating agencies.
• Experience of IND AS is a must.
• Handling audit queries and ensure closure to the complete satisfaction of the Joint Auditors.
• Coordinating with various data departments for ad hoc data requirements as well as to ensure smooth closure of monthly financials.
• Preparation of Annual Notes to Accounts.
• Handling Annual Report preparation in coordination with the agency.
• Providing yearly Annual filing as required under ROC for the finance function.
• Managing public issues of NCD’s related to Finance function.
• Ledger Scrutiny.
