Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on IT Hiring. The role also involves hiring for NBFC, BPO, FinTech, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Support functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on IT hiring.
• Support hiring for NBFC, BPO, FinTech, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Support functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Conduct profile screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche IT positions.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations:

• Drive hiring within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including closures, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and HR policies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• IT Recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Experience in NBFC, BPO, FinTech, or volume hiring will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hiring for Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Product, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Support roles.
• Exposure to hiring for FinTech, NBFC, and BPO sectors will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver quality closures within timelines.
