About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience to lead the finance function and act as a strategic business partner to the management team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, MIS, compliance, taxation, audits, treasury, and cash flow management while ensuring robust financial governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate and manage Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Regulatory Audits.
• Develop financial controls and strengthen internal processes.
• Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights to management.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Support business decisions through financial analysis and profitability assessments.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Expertise in MIS, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
• Hands-on experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation.
• Strong understanding of Cash Flow Management and Treasury.
• Experience in Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience working in a reputed organization.
• Proven experience in independently managing the finance function.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
