Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on HR Leader to scale, and nurture our people function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building systems, and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. As a trusted partner to the founder and leadership team, you will shape our culture, talent strategy, and people processes while supporting rapid business growth.


1. People Strategy & Culture 
● Design and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals 
● Build and sustain a strong startup culture rooted in ownership, agility, and performance 
● Act as a thought partner on organization design and workforce planning

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding 
● Own end-to-end hiring strategy (tech & non-tech roles) 
● Build scalable recruitment processes suitable for rapid growth 
● Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience 

3. Performance & Capability Building 
● Design performance management frameworks that promote accountability and growth 
● Drive learning & development initiatives for leaders and individual contributors 

4. Employee Experience & Engagement 
● Create meaningful employee engagement and feedback mechanisms 
● Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, engagement, exits) 
● Be the go-to person for employee relations and conflict resolution 

5. HR Operations & Compliance 
● Set up and run HR policies, SOPs, and systems 
● Ensure statutory and labor law compliance
● Oversee payroll and benefits 

6. Change & Scale Management 
● Support the organization through phases of scale, change, and transformation 
● Introduce structure without impacting startup speed and innovation 

What you’ll need Must-Have 
● Strong business acumen with the ability to think beyond traditional HR 
● Hands-on mindset, comfortable doing both strategy and execution 
● Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence 
● 12+ years of experience partnering including working directly with senior leadership Nice-to-Have 
● Experience in scaling teams from early stage to growth stage 
● Exposure to HR tech implementation 
● Background in tech, product, or digital-first organizations
