Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CHRO to lead the People & Culture function and drive the organization’s growth journey from startup to scale. The role will partner closely with founders and leadership to build a high-performance, agile, and people-centric organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and scaling strategy
• Build and strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
• Oversee talent acquisition strategy, especially leadership hiring
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Design and manage compensation & benefits frameworks
• Lead HR transformation, change management, and process optimization
• Handle due diligence and HR integration during M&A activities
• Ensure compliance, governance, and HR operations excellence

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of HR leadership experience
• Proven experience in startup / high-growth environments
• Strong exposure to scaling organizations and building HR from scratch
• Experience in M&A, transformation, and change management
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
