Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and guide decision-making
• Analyze key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and provide actionable insights
• Partner closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to track performance and improve efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.

Candidate Requirement:

• Qualification: Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance.
• Industry: SaaS experience is good to have, preferably from a subscription-based business.
