Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for HR and related roles across our client organizations. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand hiring needs, managing end-to-end recruitment, and mentoring junior recruiters. You will also contribute to broader talent strategy and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for HR positions — from junior to leadership levels.
• Work closely with clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback loops.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring progress in ATS.
• Build and manage strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth process.
• Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract the right talent.
• Prepare regular reports on hiring status and performance.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters on sourcing and screening best practices.
• Stay updated about HR industry trends to advise clients better.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• MBA and Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably hiring for HR roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Experience in agency or executive search recruitment preferred.
• Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
