Job Description

Experience required :- Minimum 4-7 years post qualification

Qualification :- CA

Location :- Bangalore

Candidate Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics and investor-related deliverables.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting senior leadership in data-driven decision-making.

Job Profile:

• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports across business units, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Annual budgeting exercise / preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with business and functional teams
• Tracking and analysing key financial and operational KPIs to support business reviews and strategic decisions
• Scenario modelling, trend analysis, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate business performance and outlook
• Regular benchmarking against industry peers and competitors to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities
• Support leadership with business insights and financial commentary for internal reviews and board meetings
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Risk to respond to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to due diligence efforts and provide financial inputs for fundraising and strategic partnerships.

Note: Candidates from mid-sized NBFCs/Big 6 firms having FDD experience would be preferred.
