Role
1.Always — Investor Management
Act as the primary owner for investor relationships: prepare investor decks, MIS, updates for meetings, coordinate Q&A, manage data rooms for fundraising/due diligence, and proactively maintain investor confidence.
2.Better — Coordination with Heads of Departments
Serve as the central point of coordination between the Founder’s Office and HODs. Track initiatives, escalate blockers, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and ensure alignment on strategic projects.
3.Control — IPO Readiness & Compliance
Support IPO planning and control activities: maintain timelines, coordinate with legal/finance/secretarial advisors, manage disclosure/documentation readiness, and track regulatory milestones.
4.MD Secretarial & Executive Support
Manage the MD’s calendar, confidential communications, travel, and diary. Prepare briefs, minutes, and follow-ups for Board/committee meetings; maintain strict confidentiality and high responsiveness.
5.Business Acquisition & Development
Support BD and M&A activities: source opportunities, coordinate diligence, prepare summary memos, conduct market scans and work closely with strategy and finance teams on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare investor materials (decks, reports, dashboards) and coordinate investor engagement.
- Drive cross-functional program management with HODs to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain IPO project plan; co-ordinate filings, documentation and advisor interactions.
- Provide high-quality secretarial support to the MD — correspondence, briefings, and Board support.
- Assist on deal sourcing, initial screening, and coordination for mergers & acquisitions or partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / CA / CS or equivalent; 4–8 years of relevant experience (Founder’s office, IR, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy).
- Demonstrable experience with investor communications, fundraising processes, and corporate governance.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- High discretion, ability to operate under ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable with data rooms, financial summaries and basic financial modelling/analysis.
