Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare regular financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors for a smooth audit process
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational and investment needs

Financial Strategy:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

Banking & Treasury Management:

• Manage relationships with financial institutions, including banks and other financial service providers
• Oversee daily banking operations, including cash management, wire transfers, and reconciliations

Vendor & Stakeholder Relations:

• Negotiate financial agreements and contracts with vendors and external stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• Certified Chartered Accountant with 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards
• Knowledge of direct and indirect tax
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
