Job Description

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and share fortnightly and monthly MIS reports, spotlighting key business performance metrics.
• Deliver cost reports with in-depth variance analysis to track and explain changes.
• Ensure all financial data sent to stakeholders is accurate, timely, and easy to understand.

Investor Communication

• Put together monthly investor presentations capturing both operational and financial updates.
• Create crisp investment teasers and compelling pitch decks for potential investors.
• Support the team with investor updates, Q&A notes, and other communication materials.

Due Diligence Support

• Assist in investor due diligence by compiling data, answering queries, and ensuring all documentation is provided on time.

Process & Data Management

• Maintain an organized library of all investor-related decks and documents.
• Keep shared reports and presentations clean, updated, and version-controlled.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Chartered Accountant (freshly qualified or up to 2 years’ experience). An MBA in Finance or related field is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong MS Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (professional, visually appealing decks).
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP; familiarity with BI tools is a bonus.
• Strengths:
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting ability.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
